Read carefully before ordering. We print exactly what you submit, so following these DTF production guidelines prevents delays and costly mistakes.
What file format should I upload?
Upload your artwork as a PNG file with a transparent background at 300 DPI, sized exactly how you want it printed in inches. We do not resize or adjust files. If your artwork is low resolution or incorrectly sized, it will print that way. Always review your design at full scale before exporting.
What is a DTF gang sheet?
A DTF gang sheet is one transfer film sheet containing multiple designs arranged together. This method reduces cost per print and maximizes material usage. You are responsible for spacing, sizing, and layout accuracy before submission.
Do you edit or fix artwork?
No. We operate strictly as a production printer. We do not remove backgrounds, resize, redesign, correct colors, or fix resolution issues. Your file must be fully production-ready before checkout.
What heat press settings should I use?
Press at 300–325°F with medium to firm pressure for 10–15 seconds. Always pre-press the garment to remove moisture, then apply the transfer evenly. After peeling, repress for 5 seconds using a protective sheet. Insufficient pressure is the most common cause of failure.
How durable are your DTF transfers?
When applied correctly, our transfers offer strong adhesion, flexibility, and wash durability. Garment quality and proper press technique directly affect longevity. Wash inside out in cold water and avoid high-heat drying for best results.
When does production turnaround start?
Turnaround begins once payment is complete and your artwork is submitted correctly. Production time varies depending on order size and demand. Larger bulk orders may require additional processing time.
Can I order small quantities?
Yes. Smaller runs are available, but gang sheets are typically more cost-efficient for bulk production because they maximize sheet space and reduce cost per design.
Why didn’t my transfer stick properly?
Most adhesion issues are caused by press settings, not print quality. Common mistakes include low pressure, incorrect temperature, skipping the pre-press step, or pressing over seams and uneven surfaces. Use firm, even pressure across the entire design.
