This policy outlines how production and shipping work for all orders.

Production Time vs. Shipping Time

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Production begins after:

  • Payment is completed

  • Artwork meets file requirements

Shipping time begins only after your order has been printed and packaged.

Carrier delivery timelines are outside of our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.

  • Free shipping applies to qualifying orders after discounts and before taxes.

  • Orders under $150 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited shipping options are not included in the free shipping offer.

Free shipping applies to standard domestic shipping only.

Order Processing

All DTF gang sheets and DTF transfers are custom printed to order. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

During peak production periods, processing times may extend. Estimated production times are listed on the Turnaround Time page.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Once shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Returned packages due to address errors

  • Additional shipping fees caused by address corrections

Carrier Delays

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timelines are controlled by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Weather delays

  • Routing delays

  • Service interruptions

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of packaging

  • Photos of damaged items

Claims submitted after this window may not qualify for review.
