These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order for DTF gang sheet printing or DTF transfers, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Custom Printed Products

All DTF gang sheets and DTF transfers are custom printed to order based on customer-submitted artwork. Because products are custom-made, all sales are final unless a verified production defect is confirmed.

We print files exactly as submitted. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure artwork is correct before placing an order.

Artwork Responsibility

By uploading artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the design or have permission to use it.

  • The artwork is production-ready.

  • The file meets resolution and formatting requirements.

We do not edit, resize, redesign, or correct artwork unless explicitly agreed upon before production begins.

CPrintsRollin is not responsible for spelling errors, background issues, incorrect sizing, or low-resolution files submitted by the customer.

Intellectual Property

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to reproduce submitted designs. We do not verify trademark or copyright ownership.

By submitting artwork, you grant CPrintsRollin permission to print the design for order fulfillment purposes only.

Order Processing & Production

Production begins once payment is completed and artwork files meet submission requirements.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and seasonal demand. Delays caused by incorrect file submissions do not qualify for refunds.

Heat Press Application

Proper application of DTF transfers requires correct heat press settings. Press-related errors, including incorrect temperature or insufficient pressure, are not considered production defects.

Customers are responsible for following recommended heat press instructions.

Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may only be canceled or modified before production begins. Once printing has started, changes cannot be made and orders cannot be canceled.

If you need to make changes, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Shipping

Shipping times are separate from production times. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

CPrintsRollin is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Lost profits due to production or shipping delays

  • Application errors caused by improper pressing

  • Color variation due to screen differences

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website and services indicates acceptance of any changes.
