Refund policy

DTF Gang Sheet Printing & DTF Transfers

All DTF transfers and gang sheets are custom printed to order. Because products are made specifically from your submitted artwork, all sales are considered final unless there is a verified production defect.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Printed Products

DTF gang sheets and DTF transfers are produced exactly as submitted. We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Incorrect file uploads

  • Low-resolution artwork

  • Wrong sizing selected by customer

  • Backgrounds left in artwork

  • Spelling errors in submitted designs

  • Color variations caused by monitor differences

  • Pressing mistakes

It is your responsibility to confirm artwork accuracy before submitting your order.

Production Defects

If there is a verified print defect such as:

  • Missing ink

  • Severe print damage

  • Manufacturing errors

You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

To review a claim, we require:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

  • Heat press settings used

We reserve the right to determine whether the issue is production-related or application-related.

Press-Related Issues

Most transfer problems are caused by:

  • Insufficient pressure

  • Incorrect temperature

  • Skipping garment pre-press

  • Uneven platen surfaces

Press-related errors are not considered production defects and do not qualify for refund or reprint.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once printing has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you need to make changes, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Shipping Issues

If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 3 business days with photos of both the packaging and the contents.

Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control and are not grounds for refunds.

Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. In some cases, a reprint may be offered instead of a refund.
