Our ordering process is built for print shops, clothing brands, and bulk buyers who need consistent results and predictable turnaround. Follow the steps below to ensure smooth production.
Step 1: Prepare Your Artwork
Before placing your order, make sure your file meets production requirements. Artwork must be a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI and sized correctly in inches. We print exactly what you upload, so review your file carefully before submitting.
Incorrect files are the most common cause of production delays.
Step 2: Choose Your Product
Select the product that matches your needs.
If you have multiple designs or placements, choose DTF Gang Sheets to maximize space and reduce cost per print. If you need individual prints for small runs or samples, choose DTF Transfers by Size.
Confirm your dimensions and quantities before checkout.
Step 3: Upload & Submit Order
Upload your production-ready artwork directly on the product page. Ensure your sizing is correct and your layout is final. Once payment is completed and files meet requirements, your order enters the production queue.
Turnaround begins after artwork and payment are confirmed.
Step 4: We Print & Cure Your Transfers
Your order goes through a controlled DTF production process:
Artwork is printed in high resolution, adhesive powder is applied, and transfers are cured under controlled conditions. Each batch is inspected before packaging to ensure consistent quality.
We focus on sharp detail, strong adhesion, and reliable output.
Step 5: Ship or Pickup
Once production is complete, your order is packaged carefully to protect film integrity. Tracking information is provided once shipped. If local pickup is available, you will be notified when your order is ready.
Step 6: Heat Press Application
Apply transfers using recommended heat press settings. Proper pressure and temperature are critical for durability. Most adhesion issues are caused by incorrect press settings, not print defects.
